Millie Bobby Brown has opened up about a travel habit of Jake Bongiovi that bothers her, and many couples may relate to it right away.

Every relationship has small things that can be annoying. You can love someone a lot, but still get frustrated by one habit, especially when it affects you too.

For some people, it could be loud eating. For others, it might be leaving things around the house or loading the dishwasher in a strange way. For Brown, the issue seems to start as soon as a trip is planned.

The Stranger Things and Enola Holmes star said the habit usually appears when she and Bongiovi travel together. Instead of arguing about the trip, the problem begins even before they finish packing.

Brown and Bongiovi got married about two years ago and now live on a farm in Georgia, where they are raising their daughter together. The couple keeps most of their family life private, so even small details often get fans talking.

Thatโ€™s what happened after Brown shared a rare look into their relationship in an interview clip with Crocs in August 2025. The clip quickly went viral because her comment was simple, funny, and very relatable.

Why the clip got people talking

The travel confession caught on because it felt less like a polished celebrity answer and more like a real couple complaint. Brown wasnโ€™t describing a serious relationship issue. It was more about a small habit that keeps happening again and again, and thatโ€™s what made it funny.

The clip also came back into attention at a time when fans were already curious about Brown and Bongioviโ€™s life as a young married couple and new parents. The Independent reported that the August 2025 Crocs interview started getting fresh attention online after Brown spoke about Bongioviโ€™s travel packing style.

What made people talk wasnโ€™t just that he forgets things. It was that, from Brownโ€™s story, it seems like he doesnโ€™t really pack at all.

As she explained, Bongiovi doesnโ€™t just forget a few items like a shirt or toothbrush. When they travel, he often doesnโ€™t pack clothes at all.

Thatโ€™s a bold way to travel. Most people would at least pack basics like a passport, toiletries, phone, charger, medication, and enough clothes to last the trip.

โ€œMy husband, he doesnโ€™t pack any clothes, just ever,โ€ Bobby Brown said. โ€œSo, weโ€™ll leave, and Iโ€™ll have a huge suitcase, and heโ€™ll have nothing, just his phone, never really a charger, he just steals mine.โ€

Traveling light sounds nice in theory. But it gets tricky when you still need clothes and other basic things from home.

Brown said they usually figure it out after they arrive. But the solution is often what Bongiovi seems to rely onโ€”buying what he needs at the destination instead of packing ahead of time.

That might work for him, but it also explains why Brown found it both funny and a little annoying. His missing suitcase doesnโ€™t stay his problem for long.

“And then takes his computer and then goes, ‘Mill, I don’t have any clothes’ and I go, ‘No sh*t, Sherlock, you didn’t pack anything’, and he goes, ‘Yeah, I don’t know, maybe I’ll just have to go shopping here’, and that is where he gets you,” she said.

She added: “So he likes not to pack, and then go to a place to pack for a trip that he did not pack for.”

Brown has also talked before about Bongioviโ€™s taste for shopping. On the Call Her Daddy podcast, she shared another detail that shows how different their spending habits can be.

This time, she said the issue is not just about needing basic items after they arrive. It is also about where he wants to shop when they need to replace those things.

The actor explained: โ€œIf I need socks, heโ€™ll be like, โ€˜Letโ€™s go to Pradaโ€™, and Iโ€™ll be like, โ€˜Letโ€™s go to Targetโ€™.โ€

So in their marriage, there are two very different ways to buy socks. One is simple and cheap because they were forgotten. The other somehow turns socks into a luxury shopping trip that feels like part of the vacation.
